Contacting Us
If you contact us via the form on the website or by email, your provided data will be stored with us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and for follow-up questions for six months. We do not share this data without your consent.
Data Storage
We would like to point out that for the purpose of the simpler shopping process and for later contract processing, the webshop operator will store the IP data of the connection holder using cookies, as well as the name and address of the buyer.
The data provided by you is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract with you. Data is not transferred to third parties, except for the transmission of credit card data to the processing bank institutes/payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the transport company/shipping company commissioned by us for the delivery of the goods, and to our tax consultant to fulfill our tax obligations.
After the shopping process is abandoned, the data stored by us will be deleted. In the event of a contract being concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the end of the statutory retention period (7 years).
The data such as name, address, purchased goods, and date of purchase will be stored beyond this until the end of the product liability period (10 years). Data processing is carried out based on the legal provisions of § 96 Para 3 TKG and Art 6 Para 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for contract fulfillment) of the GDPR.
